Over the past 18 years, I have been a professional fitness trainer living the expat life in China. 

The shared experience of being a mum and an expat lead me to create Expat Fit Mum as a way to serve women around the world doing what I love.

Through a combination of online coaching, group training, and 1-to-1 sessions, I have helped thousands of women around the world transform their expat experience (and beyond!). It is my goal to help as many women as I can to feel and live their best life by combining all aspects of body, mind and emotion.
